"LA PARISIENNE" was launched in 1964 in a cooperation with the French magazine "ELLE", in order to increase the sales of the R4 among feminine drivers. In the beginning only black cars were available, with imitation canework or Scottish plates on doors, rearwings and boot.
This 1967 RENAULT 4 "PARISIENNE" (R1123) was purchased december 2008. It underwent a full restauration, especially the Scottisch plates print, which had lost its red colour and its detailed dashed pattern. I also own a 1968 IKA Renault 4 Parisienne with the canework print.
